NYLO, Tapestry Collection by Hilton 

In October 2019, JF Social took over the social media responsibilities for the NYLO boutique hotel portfolio consisting of 3 boutique hotels in Plano and Las Colinas (Texas) and Warwick (Rhode Island). JF Social did the following:

Photography & Content updates â€‹

Accumulated and created new photography for guestrooms, meeting rooms, public spaces including lobbies, restaurants and bars, outdoor decks, and pools. Negotiated highly attractive barter transactions  with 7 photographers, videographers and drone operators.

Total estimated photography savings: $25,000

Content Creators & Influencers

Identified relevant influencers, negotiated their agreements and measured their postings and impact. Worked with over 35 different influencers and coordinated their site visits.

Activations

Identified and coordinated numerous on-site events and collaborations to create activations targeting customers

Created numerous activations including holiday photography, flower arranging and fitness classes

Lead Generation

Generated over 200 direct leads for weddings, parties, social events, and hotel room blocks.

Assisted hundreds of prospective and hotel and restaurant guests with reservations, general inquiries and complaint resolution.

Monitored accounts and responded to messages 7 days a week including holidays from at least 7am-10pm.

Posting Strategy and Engagement

Posted  at least 5 times per week per property and utilized several different targeted groups of hashtags specific to the actual posts or campaigns. Organized numerous contests and giveaways to create significant targeted engagement and to increase followers; these included micro-wedding giveaways which have generated substantial leads. JF Social achieved average engagement statistics since takeover have been between 5-7%.

Instagram Follower Growth

Over a 10.5 month period within a COVID-19 environment, increased Instagram followers by 691% for the portfolio:

  • NYLO Las Colinas +628%

  • NYLO Plano +1,272%

  • NYLO Warwick +510%

​

Generated follower increase with minimal advertising spend of only $20- $100/month per property and created engagement levels of 5-7% substantially higher than industry standard of 1.6%.
